    Chris is responsible for our strategic growth and performance of the U.S. East Operations, and also serves as the Commissioning Director for Canadian Operations. With a broad understanding of high performance design & operation, his approach is rooted in the philosophy that environmentally responsible facilities must constantly evolve to suit the technology available, in balance with the client’s goals and objectives. Since joining Integral Group, Chris was responsible for growing the Performance Engineering Service offering – a team of subject matter experts specializing in building optimization – delivering building audits, condition assessments & commissioning services for our clients. Chris thrives in a team environment and implements an integrated team approach with every client. He has collaborated on a multitude of high performance driven projects across diverse sectors which are pursuing or have achieved Living Building, Net Zero or LEED Platinum certification.

    Bungane brings over 10 years of consulting engineering experience with an emphasis on integrated project delivery, building information modeling, project development and multidisciplinary team leadership. His passion for sustainable buildings encompasses the entire building design and operation. He works with architects and owners to identify opportunities that lie outside the scope of traditional MEP services. He draws on his experience working with passive strategies such as natural ventilation, day lighting, plug load reductions and solar control to drive down loads and minimize the impact of active systems.

    Hank has 37 years of experience as an electrical project leader. His experience includes many large architectural projects, including museums, medical buildings, mixed use projects, and university and lab projects. Hank recently completed the Natural History Museum in Los Angeles; after over a decade of design and remodel the grand opening was held in July on 2013 with the building receiving accolades from both the private and museum communities.

    His design experience includes: illumination engineering and lighting systems; power generation and distribution systems; security, communication, signal and fire alarm systems; audio-visual, television and telephone distribution systems; electrical systems modernization; UPS systems; DC stage lighting systems; substation and power plant designs; construction administration and coordination.

    Jonathan Robertson is a well-respected and well-rounded licensed mechanical engineer with approximately 10-years of experience in the building design industry. His experience focuses primarily on HVAC systems, plumbing systems, energy analysis, and sustainability. Robertson is a project manager also familiar with energy modeling/ simulation, industrial systems, and fire protection systems.

    Jonathan has experience with nearly every building type including commercial office space, dry and wet labs, educational campuses, hospitality buildings, museums, data centers, and many more. His expertise has led to several industry firsts, including the first ever WELL Certified collegiate building in the world, and has set the bar as to what is achievable in sustainable design, such as one of the largest rainwater harvesting and reuse systems in the State of California.

    Jonathan also volunteers with local educational programs to get youth interested in STEM related careers as well as develops and presents training material for in-house staff development and mentorship.
