  • Regional Director, Alberta + Ontario, Canada

    Jason has a strong reputation for creating sustainable, distinctly client-focused built environment solutions. With over sixteen years of engineering design and project management experience, Jason specializes in medium to large-scale projects focusing on institutional, defense, airport, and transportation buildings. Rooted in his upbringing in Vancouver, British Columbia, environmental and social sustainability is a key focus in his work.

    Jason’s early career in facilities maintenance and as an engineering intern inspired his deep passion for teaching practical solutions to staff while also mentoring them in their career development. He continues to actively invest in the next generation of engineers by engaging with university students and providing intentional internship opportunities within Integral Group.

  • Regional Marketing Director, North America

    Hilary leads our marketing teams in Canada and the United States, working closely with the region’s business development teams, managing principals, and regional directors. She also collaborates with the regional marketing leads in Australia and the UK as well as the Global Communications team. Before joining Integral Group, Hilary was most recently the founder and CXO of a consulting company that provides proposal management services and helps companies integrate business development activities throughout operations.

  • Principal, Calgary

    Andrej is a Professional Engineer with experience in mechanical engineering applied to building systems and sustainable design. In the last 20 years, he has worked in the HVAC contracting, HVAC manufacturing and design, and consulting industries developing in-depth knowledge of building systems design and operation, LEED, energy simulations, and commissioning. He assists engineers to improve their designs, contractors delivering fully operational systems, and building operators in acquiring advanced knowledge of complex building systems.

  • Principal, Calgary

    Philip Parker has over 25 years of progressive experience delivering complex projects and leading diverse teams to solve multi-faceted challenges. He is a recognized authority in his field, evident by his recent engagement by the City of Calgary to review the City’s internal building design standard and to provide guidance on modernizing the standard to reflect the National Energy Code for Buildings as well as LEED V4.

    An expert in hygrothermal simulation Philip is one of a handful of Certified WUFI instructors outside of the US Department of Energy.

  • Associate Principal, Calgary
    Erik is passionate about creating the most sustainable and healthiest buildings to enhance the built environment. With strong expertise in green building rating systems, wellness-centered design strategies, and integrated design, he excels at working with clients and project teams to deliver high-performing buildings. His attention to detail and process-oriented approach allows him to succeed in coordinating a wide range of disciplines to meet the project goals.
    Erik has been consulting for over fifteen years including one of the first WELL building standard projects in Alberta, a LEED Platinum office, and several LEED Gold facilities. He has been involved with the Built Green High Density program in Alberta and has contributed to the development of the BG High Density Renovations Pilot program.
  • Associate Principal, Calgary

    With over 20 years of experience within the mechanical engineering industry, Matt’s passion for the natural environment and the communities we share gets showcased in his designs. His designs enable projects to maximize energy, carbon, and water use reduction while maintaining an optimal indoor environment for the occupants of the building, all the while being sensitive to the project budget.

    Matt is engaged in the future built environment community through volunteer roles with pre and post-secondary institutions; Matt believes in sharing the knowledge he has gained to make a difference in our shared communities and the natural environment.

  • Associate Principal, Calgary

    Mauricio has over a decade of LEED whole-building commissioning and measurement and verification experience. He has an extensive track record of working in diverse sectors including higher education, hotel and leisure, commercial, residential, and laboratories. As a reliable resource for technical information and problem solving, Mauricio is  committed to delivering high quality work and meeting the needs of his clients. He offers tailored solutions by considering all aspects of design in order to benefit each project. He believes designing sustainable projects result in the best buildings for clients and occupants.
