Twins help promote Milton Park Business Complex

Elementa are proud to be involved in a new modern and innovative office complex at Milton Park, one of Europe’s largest business estates. Complete and ready for the Oxford business market, 101 and 102 Park Drive provides Oxfordshire’s only new Grade A office accommodation in two identical buildings. The symmetry symbolised in the buildings is uniquely portrayed through a promotional video, released by the developers MEPC, telling the story of twins and their ambition in life to find the perfectly designed, sustainable office building in the best location. Elementa were MEP, Sustainability and BREEAM consultants for the development which achieved an energy efficient BREEAM Excellent rating and together with the whole design team, have successfully created a beautiful and flexible work space for adapting businesses.
