In his 30+ year career as a mechanical engineer, Mike has continually endeavored to find new and innovative ways to design buildings that raise the bar in energy efficiency. A licensed engineer in six Canadian provinces, his breadth of experience spans multiple sectors including healthcare, education, sports & recreation, justice facilities, laboratories, and commercial buildings. Mike has always supported finding innovative and more energy efficient ways of designing buildings. He has guest lectured at many events including the University of Toronto’s School of Architecture, Construct Canada and the Ontario Chiefs of Police Conference.
Serving the most populous city in Canada, the Toronto design studio serves as eastern Canada’s hub for deep green engineering. Chris is responsible for our strategic growth and performance of the US East Operations. With a broad understanding of high performance design & operation, his approach is rooted in the philosophy that environmentally responsible facilities must constantly evolve to suit the technology available, in balance with the client’s goals and objectives. Since joining Integral Group, Chris was responsible for growing the Performance Engineering Service offering – a team of subject matter experts specializing in building optimization – delivering building audits, condition assessments & commissioning services for our clients. Chris thrives in a team environment and implements an integrated team approach with every client. He has collaborated on a multitude of high performance driven projects across diverse sectors which are pursuing or have achieved Living Building, Net Zero or LEED Platinum certification.

Jamie is a natural leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and over 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry. He brings strategic oversight to project planning to ensure the owner’s vision and goals are met. As an advocate of team growth through continued education, idea sharing, and community engagement, Jamie has guest lectured at McGill University and instructed at University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Education. A firm believer in hand sketching and integrated design in the early stages of a project, Jamie is always looking for ways to reduce active mechanical systems from buildings while enhancing occupant comfort for his projects.

Kenny is focused on driving change towards zero carbon buildings and communities which are truly integrated in design and construction. He looks beyond the traditional to implement cost effective and commercially viable solutions which better the overall building performance and lessen the emissions. Over the past 16 years he has worked in a multitude of climates, sectors and different applications originally stemming from mechanical systems but now with a focus on integrating sustainability and analytics. Kenny is a licensed Engineer in Ontario and Chartered Engineer in the United Kingdom. He also applies himself in education, assisting in teaching at Ryerson’s School of Architecture, University of Waterloo’s School of Architecture and the Academy of Sustainable Innovation.
