In his 25-year career as a Mechanical Engineer, Mike has continually endeavored to find new and innovative ways to design buildings that raise the bar in energy efficiency. A licensed engineer in six Canadian provinces, his breadth of experience spans multiple sectors including healthcare, education, sports & recreation, justice facilities, laboratories, and commercial buildings. Mike has always supported finding innovative and more energy efficient ways of designing buildings. He has guest lectured at many events including the University of Toronto’s School of Architecture, Construct Canada and the Ontario Chiefs of Police Conference.
Serving the most populous city in Canada, the Toronto design studio serves as eastern Canada’s hub for deep green engineering. Delivering performance engineering services, the Toronto team works with a multitude of industry representatives, building owners, operators and manufacturers from across the country to meet the growing demand for the service.

Chris is responsible for our strategic growth and performance of the U.S. East Operations, and also serves as the Commissioning Director for Canadian Operations. With a broad understanding of high performance design & operation, his approach is rooted in the philosophy that environmentally responsible facilities must constantly evolve to suit the technology available, in balance with the client’s goals and objectives. Since joining Integral Group, Chris was responsible for growing the Performance Engineering Service offering – a team of subject matter experts specializing in building optimization – delivering building audits, condition assessments & commissioning services for our clients. Chris thrives in a team environment and implements an integrated team approach with every client. He has collaborated on a multitude of high performance driven projects across diverse sectors which are pursuing or have achieved Living Building, Net Zero or LEED Platinum certification.

With over 16 years of experience in mechanical and sustainable consulting engineering throughout Canada, Jamie is known for his ability to achieve simplistic solutions amongst the complexities of innovative building systems. Jamie led the operations of Integral Group’s Interior British Columbia office for a number of years, which resulted in its expansion and provincially recognized quality management certification. He quickly established strong relations with local developers, universities and civic clients within the Okanagan area. Jamie’s recent transfer to Integral’s busy Toronto office has enabled him to further apply his leadership skills and expertise on a larger scale.
He has worked on a diverse range of projects including office, retail and civic sectors, and some of his key projects include Vaughan Civic Centre, Vancouver’s Olympic Village and Bahen Centre for Information Technology. Jamie has been a guest lecturer at McGill Architecture and is one of the lead authors for the CIBSE Cold Climate Design Guide.

Kenny’s passion lies in energy efficiency and improving performance through new technologies, out of the box thinking and true integrated design. His outlook goes beyond just buildings but into communities and infrastructure. If there is an opportunity to make a difference to the lives of others and communities around the world, Kenny pursues and goes beyond the traditional to find commercially viable and implementable solutions.
He has worked for two International MEP consulting companies in a multitude of different applications and climates including mechanical, energy management, and sustainable solutions. Kenny developed, grew, and led the Energy & Sustainability Group in the Greater Toronto Area, focusing on high performance buildings, net zero design, energy assessment, implementation measures, district systems and application of renewable and resilient strategies.
