    Andrew brings more than 30 years of professional experience to the Integral Group team. His international expertise covers a wide range of sectors including property and buildings, transportation and infrastructure, environment, industrial, and power and energy. Andrew has held C-Suite positions across multiple countries with multi-sector and multi-region P&L responsibility.

    Originating from South Africa, Andrew has gained high-level international experience. His involvement in P&L accountability and full-spectrum management has taken him to Africa, Asia, China, Australia and New Zealand. Complex projects have built Andrew’s leadership skills, and his passions include developing people and inspiring teams and organizations to perform at their best. Beyond core leadership and communication competencies, major strengths include identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, client relationships management, and business development.

    Patrick is a mechanical services engineer with an eye for exploring new boundaries across the different sectors. With multi-discipline knowledge, Patrick has an established record in across all building services sectors and leading multi-disciplinary projects. Patrick has a particular interest in the integration of Environmentally Sustainable Development (ESD) principles into building design to build a sustainable and stronger future.

    James Kral has over seventeen years of Building Services experience in Mechanical Design and Project Leading. His experienced in the design of Mechanical Services and services project leading covering a wide range of projects in the commercial, education, residential, retail and transport sectors. James has a good knowledge of sustainable mechanical design practices and the broader aspects of environmental sustainable design having been a Green Star Accredited professional on many projects.

    Paul has over 20 years’ experience in the building services industry, in the design and project management of building services across major market sectors including education, commercial, industrial, data, research, health, aged care, aviation, transport, defense, residential, hospitality, civic and recreational market sectors.

    Paul’s experience in project delivery ranges from development of feasibility and master planning, to full design and documentation, supervision of construction activities, and has successfully managed multi – disciplinary design teams for complex building engineering projects.

    Richard’s approach to urban sustainability is from an engineering perspective. His experience in sustainable design and procurement extends across the full breadth of the built environment with a particular specialism in the fields of green building design and planning, and sustainable urban infrastructure. He integrates emerging trends in mobility, digital disruption, smart grids, healthy cities and reconciliation on urban projects. Richard’s thought leadership on sustainable investment and assurance of non-financial performance, coupled with his design and delivery experience place him at the forefront of sustainability in the built environment. His experience and market exposure means Richard is a unique asset that can both manage and deliver sustainability outcomes at a precinct scale.
