    Gerry Faubert, Vice President and U.S. West Regional Director, brings over 36 years of experience to Integral Group. Gerry is one of the pioneers of innovative, energy efficient design and operations in the Buildings Engineering industry in North America. With a degree in Buildings Engineering Science and Technology, he takes practical and holistic approach to addressing clients’ challenges, helping achieve solutions that meet their social, economic, and environmental objectives.

    Gerry has played a vital role in delivering cutting edge integrated design and planning for numerous building projects across all building market sectors. Among the most recent and prominent is the AIA Committee on the Environment (COTE) Top Ten Award in 2015 for the CANMET Materials Technology Laboratory a LEED Platinum laboratory.

    A frequent spokesperson and advocate for health, well-being and sustainability, Gerry has lectured at conferences across North America. He is a former member of the Toronto Waterfront Design Review panel. The revitalization of Toronto’s waterfront is the largest urban development project underway in North America comprising of over 800 hectares of redevelopment and the site of the 2015 Pan Am and Parapan Am Games Athletes Village.

    David has over 20 years of extensive experience in the building services industry in North America and Europe. As a Managing Director, his responsibilities include strategic planning, sustainability research, peer review, conceptual design, and interdisciplinary coordination. David shares his in-depth knowledge with various public and private advisory boards, and has contributed to programs for the US Department of Energy (DOE) and the CEC’s Public Interest Energy Research (PIER) program. He has played a vital role in several award-winning lighting design projects and has been recognized by the National Register of Peer Professionals. David is often sought after as a presenter and has delivered various presentations on sustainable electrical design at conferences and universities throughout North America.

    Leading the bioclimatic design practice at Integral Group, John has more than 25 years of engineering experience in education, healthcare, commercial and laboratory design. Throughout his career, his focus has been on green buildings and energy efficiency in the high tech industry. With an eye on the triple-bottom line (people, planet and profit), John focuses on opportunities that yield the greatest environmental and social results without affecting the economic bottom line. John believes that sustainable design is an engineer’s social responsibility. He has served as Project Manager and Principal-in-Charge on numerous LEED projects including several that have achieved LEED Platinum and Zero Net Energy.
