North Hollywood High School Modernization | Los Angeles Unified School District

North Hollwood High School

North Hollywood High School is undergoing extensive renovations, including demolishing multiple small buildings and constructing new facilities in their place. The new facilities will include classrooms that will house over sixty general, science and specialty classrooms, a library, a CTE/technology classroom building, a gymnasium, and an arcade.

The project also includes seismic retrofits for three buildings, including classrooms, a library, and an auditorium. The auditorium is one of the school’s original structures, dating from 1927. The 20,000 ft² building is undergoing significant mechanical and electrical upgrades, including installing a fire sprinkler system.

The school is also undertaking site-wide infrastructure upgrades and hardscape and landscape updates.

Integral Group provides mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for this project with CO Architects.
