iFortune is the much anticipated development of a 201,292 sq ft new mixed use centre that will comprise residential, commercial and office components in Richmond, British Columbia. The project site is located at the corner of No. 3 Road and Anderson Road, across from Richmond City Hall. The building has been design to connect to the future District Energy Utility (DEU), and has vertical fan coil units in the residential suites and horizontal coils in the office.

Integral Group is providing mechanical, electrical, LEED management and energy modeling consulting engineering services to this mixed use project working with GBL Architects.
