Dubai International Financial Centre

The buildings by Daman at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) have 800,000 ft² of residential apartments; 600,000 ft² of contemporary office space; a 100,000 ft², 100-key, five-star hotel; and approximately 50,000 ft² of amenities, including two restaurants and a destination spa. The buildings also include approximately 50,000 ft² of retail space and other residential community facilities such as a fitness center, daycare, kindergarten, community center, and mosque. The project will accommodate nearly 3,000 cars, half of which will be housed in conditioned automatic parking. The project will be connected to the entire DIFC by a light rail system.

The buildings by Daman sit at one of the most prominent sites within the evolving DIFC. Integral Group was selected to do mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design. The office component will have a 50,000 ft² footprint and be equipped with underfloor air distribution systems. Ceiling heights that allow trading halls have been created on some floors, while column-free space provides long-term user flexibility. These design parameters make the project unique to the Dubai marketplace and present an ideal environment for financial services companies.

The buildings have been specifically located and scaled to maintain as much open space on the site as possible for both office and apartment tenants. The West park allows for a combination of sporting events for all tenants of the complex. The East park, reserved for the residents, comprises more outdoor sporting activities, family areas, and two swimming pools.
