Crowne Plaza Heythrop Park

The project involves the refurbishment and extension of a Grade II listed building into a 175 bed 4-5 star Crowne Plaza Hotel and conference facility complete with leisure spa and golf course.

Our work on this project included the provision of all mechanical and electrical services designing, planning submissions, public health design, energy and sustainability, budget cost advice and energy strategies.

Elementa worked very closely with the client, architects and design team in order to facilitate an energy efficient building and achieve the brand vision without compromising the historically listed aesthetics of the building.

Elementa provided feasibility advice for a centralised site wide biomass faculty for future consideration providing significant savings and less than four year payback when compared to the oil currently used.
