Nicole strives to integrate sustainability, human wellness and high-performance on all her projects. She reaches across disciplines to find simple and cost effective solutions to complex, technical challenges.
Nicole’s decade of experience as a mechanical engineer and project manager in the Bay Area has included Living Building Challenge and WELL Building Standard certified office spaces for environmental non-profits, universities and grocery stores. She has completed a dozen LEED certified projects. Her forward-thinking yet uncomplicated designs have led to natural-refrigerant cold storage systems with heat recovery for Whole Foods and Oakland Unified, and all-electric Zero Net Energy target projects for Kaiser Permanente and Denver Water’s new administrative campus.
