Marshall Duer-Balkind

Marshall is an international expert in carbon neutrality planning and modeling, energy analytics, campus sustainability, and building performance standards. He has advised over a dozen cities and institutions across North America on advanced energy and climate planning and policy development. He currently co-chairs the Mayoral Task Force developing Building Energy Performance Standards for Washington, DC, and serves on the District of Columbia Sustainable Energy Utility Advisory Board.
