Kevin Welsh

Kevin Welsh is a motivated, independent leader with hands-on experience and reliable, well-rounded teamwork skills – a balance that has been a key to his successful delivery of dozens of certified LEED projects in British Columbia. In addition to LEED project management, Kevin assists his clients in developing holistic, sustainable solutions, including Passive House design, life-cycle impact analysis, and reporting of embodied and operational carbon. Kevin also provides design guidance for many of the latest sustainable building rating systems, focusing on existing buildings and Zero Carbon rating systems, specifically.
