Eric has been developing HVAC designs and design processes across the Southeastern U.S. since 1992. Having served in each consulting roll from Draftsman to Design Engineer to Department Head, his experienced approach to each project is a balance of innovation and elegant design. As Project Manager, Eric’s primary concern is delivering a final product which provides the client with the most appropriate MEP systems for their projects in terms of cost, efficiency, maintainability and reliability. Eric excels at listening and interpreting the owner’s stated concerns to determine the priority of each facet of a design for each client.
Eric has worked extensively in the Healthcare market for most of his career and has served as Engineer and Project Manager on Healthcare projects for Piedmont Hospital, Saint Joseph’s Atlanta, AnMed, Community Health, Tift Regional Medical Center, WellStar, Tenet, Florida Hospital, Orlando Regional Health System, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, The US Navy and the Army Corps of Engineers. He has intimate experience with Chilled Water, Open/Closed Loop Condenser Water, and Steam systems for major campuses as well as packaged systems for smaller standalone buildings. Eric takes a logical approach to each, utilizing energy recovery, reduced energy concepts and unique technologies such as Displacement Ventilation, radiant surfaces and geothermal technology to reduce utilities but within accordance with facility Engineering Staff and Epidemiologists.
