Integral Group is excited to welcome Mary Casey as a principal on the Australian sustainability team based in Sydney. Mary brings over 25 years of international and Australian experience. Combining innovative strategy with practical implementation experience, she assists her clients in confidently setting ambitious objectives, defining requirements, and managing diverse teams to deliver results that exceed expectations.

Collaboration is fundamental to her approach. Mary’s skill in strategic workshop development and facilitation gets to the shared values of disparate groups, allowing the team to pursue an optimal outcome, with exceptional results for the client and the community as a whole. She has shared this expertise in strategic advisory, visioning and objective setting, policy advisory, and project applications.

She is a recognized leader in sustainability and regenerative practice. A founding director and past Chair of the Board of the Living Future Institute of Australia, Mary is passionate about reconciling humanity’s relationship with the ecosystems we inhabit. She was named a Living Building Hero by the International Living Future Institute in 2014.
