Introba's Victoria Office Moves to 1515 Douglas Street
Introba (formerly Integral Group)’s Victoria office has expanded and relocated to its new location at 1515 Douglas Street, a certified LEED Platinum office in the heart of Downtown Victoria, across from City Hall. The team also provided mechanical engineering, LEED® project management, and energy modeling services for the project.
Since opening in 2014, the Victoria team has grown to more than twenty-five team members offering integrated MEP engineering, building technology, and sustainability planning and policy consulting services.
Some other highlights of the new space include:
- Fully electrified building systems – Zero Carbon operation
- Certified LEED Platinum
- Radiant ceiling heating and cooling with hybrid air/geothermal heat pump system
- Dedicated outdoor air HRV system with CO₂ monitoring and demand control
- Rainwater harvesting system for irrigation and toilet flushing
- Activity-Based Working (ABW) interior design
- On-site fitness, end-of-trip, and secure bike storage facilities for staff
