Introba are leading the transition to buildings and districts that are truly regenerative, healthy and resilient, with over one hundred net zero energy projects under their belt. Hearing of Umow Lai’s track record in sustainable engineering prompted Introba CEO, Kevin Hydes to initiate discussions about combining forces: “There is an urgency to the work that our firms have both been leading. It was clear from our first meeting that we can go further and faster by working together.”

Andrew OxleyManaging Director of Umow Lai is excited about the opportunities ahead. “Our people will be working alongside like-minded professionals, playing a leading role a world class practice founded and run by engineers. For Dominic Lai, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Umow Lai, joining Introba offers a seamless continuation of the philosophy that has underpinned his firm’s success to date: “I’m delighted that we are joining a group that is motivated by the same purpose, that share our commitment to innovation, ecological design, engineering excellence, and to nurturing the next generation of professionals in our field.”
