Sydney Senior Leadership Promotions Announced
Integral Group is excited to announce the recent promotions of two principals in our Sydney design studio; Patrick Elliott to Senior Principal, Major Projects and New Business and Paul Jacobsen to Managing Principal, Sydney
Patrick has been a consulting engineer in Sydney, Darwin, Perth, and Melbourne in the past 20 years, culminating in his appointment as the Managing Principal of the Sydney office in 2016. In the past four years, Patrick has grown the Sydney team and expanded the fire engineering, audio visual, and ICT as specialist disciplines and added security to our services offerings.
We are pleased to announce that Patrick has been promoted to Senior Principal, Major Projects and New Business. In his new role, Patrick will be the vanguard of our Australian growth strategy, developing on the ground offices throughout Australia capital cities as well as New Zealand. Patrick will continue to be involved with all Sydney clients and maintain his high standards in managing his projects.

Integral Group congratulates Paul Jacobsen as the new Managing Principal of our Sydney office. Paul has been with the Sydney office for over ten years and is the longest serving principal of our Sydney design studio. Paul’s skills with people, management experience, and technical knowledge make him a natural successor from his predecessor, Patrick Elliott.
Paul possesses empathy and understanding to relate to clients and project partners about their needs and goals. He also provides staff stable and attentive leadership and support and will continue to build teams and promote professional growth within the Sydney practice. Paul is firmly committed Integral Group’s Deep Green vision and brings his own considerable international expertise of delivering over 100 Net Zero Carbon buildings to the Australian market.
