(San Diego, CA, August 2019) Introba (formerly Integral Group) launches new office in San Diego to advance California’s push to Net Zero Energy and Net Zero Water development.

The San Diego design studio is our fourth in the State of California. The team will provide support for major commissions at UC San Diego and new clients who share our commitment to designing and building a regenerative future.

Calina Ferraro joins us as a principal to lead the growth of the San Diego office. Calina has over thirteen years of experience in three countries and two continents, and eight years in the San Diego market. She is a recipient of Consulting Specifying Engineer Magazine’s 40 Under 40 award in 2015 and Plumbing & Mechanical Engineer Magazine’s Mechanical Engineer of the Year award in 2018. She is involved in the San Diego chapters of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Ransom Hamrick also joins the San Diego team as a mechanical engineer. Ransom is recognized by clients and project teams for his collaborative approach, and ability to guide them through design decisions to set the foundations for healthy, efficient and cost-effective buildings.

The San Diego team will work closely with Introba’s Los Angeles design studio, with access to resources and expertise from colleagues across California and Introba’s 800-strong network of colleagues across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
