NOW COMPLETE | $213 Million YVR A-B Connector Expansion

The Vancouver International Airport’s A-B Connector project had its official opening on Tuesday, January 13. The $213 million expansion of the domestic terminal building’s southern end provides improved passenger flow, new security and safety features, seismic upgrades, and a more comfortable and efficient experience with new amenities, shopping and food options. A new baggage system between the domestic and international areas will allow for quicker baggage transport and less waiting for passengers.

This new addition includes architectural features that celebrate the culture and history of British Columbia’s Fraser Valley and interior regions. Integral Group provided mechanical engineering consulting services to this project.
