Integral Group is proud to share that Noah Zallen has been awarded Consulting-Specifying Engineering’s 2020 40 Under 40 Award!

This award is given annually to 40 building industry professionals ages 40 and younger who stand out through an assortment of personal and professional aspects of their lives.

“The 2020 40 Under 40 winners are more creative, focused and passionate than most professionals at the early phases of their career, leading them to succeed in their respective professions,” said Amara Rozgus, Editor-in-Chief of Consulting-Specifying Engineer.

About Noah

Specializing in zero net energy buildings, radiant heating, and cooling and geothermal and central plants, Noah has designed energy-efficient HVAC systems for projects ranging from a low-cost Zero Net Energy office building with pioneering radiant design to a central plant serving a 1.1M ft² technology campus.

Noah strongly believes that energy-efficient design done right is simple and affordable. He prides himself on the ability to communicate complicated ideas to everyone to foster team coordination and solutions.

One of Noah’s biggest strengths is in solving problems where answers — and how to get them — is not known, such as answering the question, “How do we accelerate the adoption of radiant heating and cooling?” Noah joined forces with an industry partner to turn a spreadsheet idea into an application called Radiant Master, which is Integral Group’s first foray into software as a service.
