INTROBA @ 10: A MESSAGE FROM CEO AND FOUNDER KEVIN HYDES

Ten years ago, I set out on a journey to create an exceptional engineering practice. Our goal – to become the leading deep green firm in the world, focused on leveraging buildings, blocks, communities and nations in the fight against climate change. 

Along the way, we’ve connected with like-minded clients and collaborators to build the foundations of a sustainable future. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished together but acutely aware that our battle is not yet won. The challenges we face in 2018 are even greater than when the Introba (formerly Integral Group) journey began, yet I look forward to our next decade more hopeful than ever.  

We’ve proven that passion, commitment, creativity and leadership can unlock the potential of any project. Today we’re 500-strong across three continents, making a difference on path-finding projects around the world. As I write this at Greenbuild in Chicago there are 20,000 green building professionals celebrating the USGBC’s 25th anniversary. 

We’re part of a movement with unstoppable momentum. With strength in numbers now is the time to redouble our efforts, scale up, stand up, and make our dream of a sustainable tomorrow a reality.
