Introba Crowned CIBSE Employer of the Year for Second Consecutive Year

We are delighted to announce that Introba (formerly Elementa Consulting) has won Employer of the Year (medium category, 51-300 employees) at the CIBSE Young Engineers Awards for the second consecutive year and was crowned the overall 2018 winner across all categories (from 1 to 301+ employees).

The awards, which champion the support of young people throughout the industry, recognise organisations that pro-actively champion the next generation of industry professionals within the building services sector, through commitment to young people in the workplace or by supporting those employees through education and training.

Our core values – Trust, Nurture, Inspire – serve as an operational mantra which guides Introba’s responsibility to its young employees. Our engineers are at the forefront of leading developments, sharing knowledge and mentoring the next generation is significantly important not only to our company, but the wider industry. The CIBSE judges credited Introba’s passion and our ability to ‘practice what we preach’, putting our promises into action through big commitments made at the beginning of 2018. These include launching a Next Gen arm to our established networking group and our commitment to take a junior member of staff to every major industry conference both in the UK and abroad.
