Canada East Senior Leadership Promotions Announced

Introba (formerly Integral Group) is pleased to announce that Mike Godawa has been promoted to Senior Principal, Director of Engineering Services – Canada East, and Kenny Smith has been promoted to Managing Principal, Toronto.

About Mike

With a career spanning 30 years, Mike’s promotion to Senior Principal acknowledges his accomplishments as a recognized industry expert in the field of high performance design, both within the Toronto market and abroad. As a licensed engineer in seven provinces, Mike has vast experience across multiple sectors across all of Canada and has continuously provided clients with innovative sustainable solutions to buildings deigned for Net Zero and Passive House Design. We are also proud to share that Mike’s innovation and dedication has been recognised with several project awards such as: 2015 Award of Excellence, Toronto Urban Design, 60 Atlantic Avenue, 2014 Award of Merit, Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, Phase 1B and 2013 Urban Design Award, Evergreen Brick Works.

Mike will be responsible for leading the Introba’s strategic pursuits in the Eastern Canada Market.

About Kenny

Kenny’s promotion to Managing Principal for the Toronto Design Studio compliments his philosophy in not just focussing on buildings, but a focus on making a difference to local communities by providing commercially viable and sustainable solutions. Over the last 15 years, Kenny has been instrumental in providing leading edge design in a cost-effective manner at a global scale. Kenny has been involved on a variety of specialist projects that includes higher education, healthcare, justice, residential and commercial sectors, both domestically and internationally. He has a stellar reputation in providing sustainable solutions and applications to mechanical, energy management, and sustainability projects. Kenny’s new responsibilities will include expanding our presence and outreach in the Greater Toronto Area with a specific focus on our engineering, commissioning, and consulting services.
