We’re well versed in several different project delivery methods including Design/Build. Design/Build offers many key benefits, including single point of contact for clients; improved quality; time and cost savings; reduced administrative burden; better control of construction costs; and improved risk management. We approach Design/Build with a carefully developed scope that allows for participation by all designers in most phases. We will typically lead in the conceptual/schematic phases, while those responsible for detailing our designs participate by peer reviewing our design. In the Later phases, the roles reverse. This assures a fully integrated design process.
