Monument Square

This project focuses on capturing the elegance of the lifestyle that has existed in Richmond, Virginia, for generations. The project included both mansion-style and townhome-style condominiums. Many condominiums include an option for on-street parking or a private garage.

Eleven four-story mansion-style buildings each provide 13 single-floor condominiums with several floor plan options. These floor plan options include one, two, and three-bedroom units with spacious living and dining areas, fireplaces, bay windows, balconies, and well-appointed bathrooms and kitchens. The fourth floor of each manor house is a luxury penthouse with 3,500 ft² of space on one floor.

The community of townhome-style condominiums includes 95 units with five basic floor plans with numerous options for each plan. The team designed the units to capture the traditional charm of the Richmond Fan District. Units include three-and-one-half-story homes, two-car garages, and rooftop balconies.
