Following receipt of his mechanical engineering degree, Isaac entered the engineering field as an HVAC designer and design review specialist. After working in the design field for several years, Isaac decided to concentrate his appreciation for details in the commissioning arena. His expertise in design lends itself well to the commissioning review process.
Isaac continued to apply his skills to the commissioning industry beginning in 2008 as a commissioning engineer providing LEED commissioning services. For the past seven years, he has served as Commissioning Project Manager for LEED and Calgreen Commissioning Projects for key large clients such as USC and UCLA. Representative projects include educational facilities such as laboratories and dormitories, office buildings, and other technical facilities such as vivaria. His services include basic MEP commissioning through total building commissioning and Level 5 integrated systems testing.
