Two of Elementa’s projects shortlisted in the NLA New London Awards 2017

Elementa are delighted to announce two of our projects, Bracken House and LeSoCo Southwark Campus have been shortlisted in the New London Awards 2017. The award is run by New London Architecture, designed to recognise the very best new and proposed architecture, planning and development in the capital. Elementa’s two projects have been shortlisted across 15 categories, with the overall winner to be announced on 5th July at the NLA Annual Lunch.

Shortlisted in the education category, LeSoCo Southwark Campus is a £28 million new build redevelopment for Lewisham and Southwark College which was completed towards the end of last year and has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating. Elementa provided full MEP services and sustainability. For full project profile click here:

Bracken House has been shortlisted in the conservation and retrofit category, which includes the full refurbishment of grade two listed Bracken House for the Obayashi Corporation. The design accommodates 18,600 sqm of office space, an enlarged entrance hall, new internal courtyards and a roof garden with running track. Elementa are providing the pre let CAT B fit out MEP design.
