The Richmond headquarters building of MeadWestvaco is comprised of 305,697 RSF of office space on twelve floors. It will include general office space totaling approximately 230,832 RSF as well as special spaces that include a conference center, kitchen and cafeteria, and fitness center totaling approximately 74,865 RSF. In addition, the building complex has four levels of below grade parking. Integral Group was the commissioning agent for the project and provided both fundamental and enhanced commissioning services to meet the project goal of attaining LEED Silver certification.
